Applications

The main use is as a catalyst for rigid polyurethane foam. It is a low-viscosity, moderately active amine catalyst, which is used in refrigerators, plates, spraying, and on-site injection of rigid polyurethane foam. The catalyst has a catalytic effect on both gelation and foaming, and provides a more balanced catalytic performance for the foaming reaction and gelation reaction of rigid foam. The reaction of polyol feather isocyanate is also moderately catalytic, and it is a strong initial catalyst for the foam reaction. In addition to being used for rigid foam, it can also be used as an auxiliary foaming agent for molding soft foam and semi-rigid foam. It has stable performance and great adjustability in combination materials, and can be stored for a long time.
